Compared with traditional resorcinol (R),
Actmix® R-80GS F200 has the following advantages:
No dust will be generated when resorcinol is processed into masterbatch pellets,
especially no irritating fumes will be produced during rubber mixing,
which improves the working environment and protects the health of operators;
Masterbatch R-80 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
which effectively ensures the activity of resorcinol,
reduces the possibility of being oxidized by air;
The masterbatch will not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of resorcinol in the rubber compound;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation and contains no impurities,
it will not clog the screen during extrusion products,
reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.
