Features and Applications

Actmix CBBS-80GE is a pre-dispersed rubber accelerator. It does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines during rubber vulcanization, and is considered a substitute for vulcanization accelerators NOBS and DCBS. Meanwhile, the odor of the corresponding rubber compound is significantly lower than that of other sulfenamide accelerators such as CBS. Vulcanization accelerator CBBS features good scorch safety, strong resistance to vulcanization reversion, low heat generation and other characteristics. It is particularly suitable for large-size rubber products and truck bias tire treads.

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.5 phr.
Applications: Widely used in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and other rubbers.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is two years.
