Compared with traditional liquid binder HMMM,
Actmix® HMMM-50GE F140 has the following advantages:
As a masterbatch HMM-50 pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
it effectively guarantees the activity of HMMM;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of HMMM in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities, so it will not clog the screen during extrusion processing,
reducing scrap rate and improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with various rubbers.
Note: G stands for granule, P stands for flake,
E stands for carrier with EPDM, N stands for carrier with NBR,
S stands for carrier with SBR, A stands for carrier with ACM,
EO stands for carrier with ECO, F140 stands for filtration and
the micron rating of the filter mesh.
It plays a bonding role between rubber and skeleton materials.
