Compared with traditional powdered ZnO,
Actmix®ZnO-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material ZnO with particle size of 63µm has passed the screening,
no dust will be generated during processing into masterbatch,
which improves the production environment;
As ZnO-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
it prevents moisture absorption of zinc oxide and effectively ensures the activity of ZnO;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of ZnO in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
it will not clog the screen during extrusion production, reducing reject rate and
improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with various rubbers.
