Features and Applications

Actmix MBS-80GE F200 is a pre-dispersed sulfenamide rubber accelerator that speeds up rubber vulcanization in rubber products. It features a long scorch time, high processing safety, and fast vulcanization speed. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators. The resulting vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance and low compression set performance. Thiourea accelerators have a significant secondary promoting effect on MBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. In rubber compounds containing mercaptan accelerators and thiuram accelerators, MBS can delay scorching and improve processing safety.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Tire treads, rubber hoses, conveyor belts, rubber shoes and other industrial products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
