Properties and Applications

Actmix MDB-80GE F140 is a post-effect thiazole rubber vulcanization accelerator, featuring long scorch time and fast vulcanization speed. It is generally used in combination with dithiocarbamates, thiuram accelerators and other agents to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. It has a long vulcanization plateau period, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance. Since its structure contains multiple sulfur atoms, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is applied in sulfur-free vulcanization, high-temperature rapid vulcanization, and the production of heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as rubber hoses, conveyor belts, transmission belts, cable sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is one year.
