Properties and Applications

Actmix TiBTD-80GE is an eco-friendly thiuram rubber vulcanization accelerator. It features fast vulcanization speed and will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during the vulcanization process. It can replace similar accelerators such as DPTT, TMTD, TMTM, TETD, etc. Generally, it is not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. It also has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Since its structure contains multiple sulfur atoms, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is used in sulfur-free vulcanization, high-speed high-temperature vulcanization, and the production of heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.5 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
