Features and Applications

Actmix MTT-80GE F500 is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator, featuring long scorch time and fast vulcanization speed. It is commonly used in neoprene, chlorohydrin rubber and other materials, and can replace ETU, DETU, DPTU and other similar products. When used together with metal oxides such as zinc oxide and magnesium oxide, it can achieve high degree of cross-linking in a short time, enabling rapid vulcanization of rubber compounds with safe scorch performance, and improving the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compounds. Due to its low promoting efficiency, it is rarely used in other diene rubbers except CR, CO and CPE compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Application: General accelerator for CR, CO and CPE, with a small amount used in EPDM.
Packaging: Carton lined with PE bag, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, and the recommended shelf life is one year.
