Features and Applications

Actmix TOTD-80PE is an environmentally friendly thiuram rubber vulcanization accelerator. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. It can replace DPTT, TMTM, TMTD, TETD, etc. It will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization, and the resulting products have excellent aging resistance and heat resistance. Since its structure contains multiple sulfur atoms, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is used in sulfur-free vulcanization and high-temperature rapid vulcanization to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds. It can also be used as a scorch retardant in organic peroxide vulcanization and CR thiourea vulcanization.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips and shock-absorbing rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
