Properties and Applications

Actmix ZBEC-70GE F140 is a fast, eco-friendly carbamate rubber vulcanization accelerator. It features fast vulcanization speed and will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. On one hand, the branched structure of the dibenzyl group provides steric hindrance to prevent a small amount of amine released during vulcanization from reacting with nitrosating agents. On the other hand, the generated dibenzylamine has a higher relative molecular mass and lower volatility compared with common low-molecular-weight amines, which reduces the amount of amines susceptible to nitrosation volatilized into the atmosphere. Therefore, no carcinogenic nitrosamines will be generated during rubber processing. It is generally not used alone and can be used in combination with thiuram or thiazole accelerators. Compared with traditional dithiocarbamate accelerators, ZBEC has higher processing safety.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
