Features and Applications

Actmix ZDOT-80GE F140 is an environmentally friendly ultra-fast vulcanization accelerator that can be used in combination with thiuram or thiazole accelerators. Compared with traditional dithiocarbamate accelerators such as ZDBC, ZDEC and ZDMC, ZDOT will not produce nitrosamines. Compared with the environmentally friendly accelerator ZBEC, it is easy to disperse in rubber compounds and is not prone to blooming. Especially, the vulcanized rubber products have lower odor, making it an excellent environmentally friendly ultra-fast accelerator.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
