Features and Applications

Actmix WF/GE is a fast curing accelerator for ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, which can replace TDEC. It is used for thermal insulation sponge materials, with high product strength and good physical properties. Adding WF/GE to ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber can effectively improve the curing speed of the material and the strength of the product. It has good compatibility with other commonly used curing accelerators such as ZDBC-80GE and S-80GE, does not cause blooming, and is suitable for common curing systems (CV) at high temperatures.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount in ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber products is 0.8-3phr.
Application: Mainly used for thermal insulation materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
