Features and Applications

As a bismaleimide series vulcanizing agent, the cross-links formed by Actmix BDM-70GE in rubber are more stable than polysulfide bonds. The polysulfide bonds formed by sulfur vulcanization are prone to breakage and rearrangement during high-temperature or long-term use, leading to the degradation of rubber performance and the occurrence of vulcanization reversion. The cross-links such as carbon-carbon bonds formed by bismaleimide can maintain good stability in harsh environments such as high temperature and oxidation, so the vulcanized rubber has better heat resistance, aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 1.0-5.0phr.
Applications: Suitable for electrical insulating materials, wear-resistant materials, reinforced plastic additives, rubber cross-linking agents, aviation structural materials, aerospace structural materials, functional materials, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Prevent the bags from breaking and scattering during transportation. Pay attention to moisture protection, and store separately from acidic commodities. Store in original sealed packaging for 1 year. Protect from rain and direct sunlight during transportation.
