Features and Applications

Actmix CLD-80GE F140 is an eco-friendly sulfur carrier-containing vulcanization crosslinking agent. It features long scorch time and slow vulcanization speed, does not generate nitrosamines during vulcanization, and can replace DTDM. It can be used alone in combination with accelerators. During vulcanization, it precipitates active sulfur to participate in the crosslinking process, forming monosulfide bonds and polysulfide bonds, and is used for sulfur-free vulcanization. It can also be used together with sulfur and accelerators. Its vulcanizates have excellent heat aging resistance and low compression set performance. It is generally used in efficient and semi-efficient vulcanization systems, and can also be used in high-temperature rapid vulcanization systems to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Anti-vulcanization reversion NR products, SBR, NBR and EPDM heat aging resistant products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
