Features and Applications

Actmix AC-40PN10 is a common pre-dispersed chemical blowing agent, which is easy to disperse in rubber compounds. It can be used for foaming of various rubbers such as NBR (NBR/PVC), SBR, CR and other rubbers, and is especially suitable for NBR (NBR/PVC). The ADC powder used in Actmix AC-40PN10 is a medium particle size series. This product will not increase the peculiar smell of foamed products, especially for fine and uniform microcellular foaming. It has a relatively high foaming temperature (200℃-210℃). Adding a small amount of foaming activator can effectively reduce the foaming temperature of ADC.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.0-15 phr.
Applications: Mainly used for NBR (NBR/PVC) foamed rubber products and so on.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
