Features and Applications

Actmix 980HDU/EVA is a masterbatch made by mixing unexpanded thermoplastic microspheres with EVA carrier. When heated, its volume can rapidly expands to dozens of times the original volume. It is an excellent physical foaming agent suitable for thermoplastics, rubber and other materials. Adding Actmix 980HDU/EVA to products can reduce the weight of materials, and endow them with excellent properties such as shock absorption, heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, improved impact resistance and resilience. Actmix 980HDU/EVA has the advantages of stable performance, non-toxic and odorless, non-flammable, non-corrosive to molds, non-staining to products, no dust flying and easy dispersion. It is suitable for automatic weighing to ensure accurate weighing.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-5 phr.
Applications: Can be used for extrusion and injection molding of profiles, cables and hoses.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 20KG per carton; 480kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
