Properties and Applications

Actmix Pb3O4-70GE F140 is a rubber vulcanization activating agent, commonly used in metal oxide vulcanization systems. It can replace ZnO and MgO for preparing water-resistant rubber compounds. It is used in CR, IIR and CSM rubbers, and can absorb X-rays in the rubber compounds. It is generally used as an activator for acid-resistant compounds, and greatly improves the swelling resistance of rubber vulcanizates in water. It can also be used as an activator for the vulcanization of butyl rubber and quinone dioxime.

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 5-20phr.
Applications: Used in CR, IIR and CSM rubbers.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 1000KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
