Features and Applications

Actmix ZEH-50GE is a mixture of soluble zinc salt zinc 2-ethylhexanoate (ZEH) pre-dispersed in EPDM, which can be used as an activator for natural rubber. Replacing stearic acid in natural rubber formulations, it can reduce stress relaxation and primary creep, and is particularly suitable for efficient sulfur vulcanization systems. At normal sulfur levels, it has better thermal stability (resistance to vulcanization reversion), especially when used in combination with thiazole accelerators. Actmix ZEH-50GE can partially replace stearic acid in synthetic rubbers such as SBR and NBR. Thanks to its good dispersibility, it can help obtain stable tensile strength and elasticity, etc. Actmix ZEH-50GE can also be used as a physical peptizer for natural rubber. Actmix ZEH-50GE is not suitable for neoprene and halogenated rubber compounds, as it will affect their scorch safety. Actmix ZEH-50GE is non-toxic, non-polluting, non-dusting, easy to disperse, suitable for automatic weighing, and ensures accurate weighing.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 2.0-6.0 phr.
Applications: Used in rubber shock absorption products, sealing products, tires, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
