Properties and Applications

It is a white colorant for the rubber industry with high tinting strength and hiding power. Actmix TiO2-80GN uses nitrile rubber as the carrier, and has undergone multiple special high-dispersion processing technologies, which greatly improves the dispersion of titanium dioxide in the compound, avoids agglomeration, and ensures uniform vulcanization of products and stable physical properties. When the dosage is as high as 40 parts, it basically has no effect on the vulcanization speed of compounds containing thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. This product can also be used as a filler, reinforcing agent and anti-aging agent for rubber. When added to white and colored rubber products, it has good stability against photoaging, discoloration and chemical reagents. This product is rutile titanium dioxide, which has enhanced ozone and ultraviolet resistance, and is commonly used in industries such as white sidewalls, rubber rollers and shoe soles. If you need to prepare pure white products, it is advisable to add a small amount of blue colorant. To maintain good aging resistance of the compound, attention should be paid to the content of harmful metals such as copper, manganese and iron.

Applications: Rubber rollers, rubber shoes, white tire sidewalls, wires and cables and other industrial products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool and dry place for 12 months.
