Features and Applications

Actmix CAP-80 is an antiscorching agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is suitable for compounds using sulfenamide or thiazole accelerators, and can provide processing safety while basically maintaining the properties of the vulcanizate. The powdered raw material, combined with carrier rubber and dispersant, ensures rapid absorption and excellent dispersion of the chemical in the polymer, retains the activity of the effective components, and is more convenient for weighing and storage.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.1-0.7phr.
Application: Natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
