Features and Applications

Actmix ZBS-80GE F140 is a rubber foaming activator that assists in foaming. It is often used with ADC for sponge foaming, reducing the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent and affecting the powdering speed of the foaming agent. The finer the particle size of the foaming aid, the stronger its relative effectiveness for the foaming agent. This is because the smaller the particle size of the foaming aid, the larger the specific surface area and the larger the contact area with the foaming agent, and the faster the reaction speed, which enables the foaming agent to obtain a high gas generation volume in a short period of time.

Dosage: Usually 1-6 phr
Application: Used for sponge foam compounds such as EPDM, CR and other materials, such as sealing strips.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
