Features and Applications

Actmix ZnST-75GE is a rubber vulcanization activating agent, and can also be used as a heat stabilizer for chlorinated polyethylene. It is also the best physical peptizer for natural rubber, and can also be used as a release agent and a multi-purpose rubber processing aid. When applied to rubber, it can improve the reversion resistance and heat resistance of vulcanized rubber, and has both internal and external lubrication and dispersion functions. It can be used in the mastication and mixing processes of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has excellent compatibility with rubber, does not bloom, and has dual functions of peptization and lubrication. It can improve the rubber processing technology, increase the qualification rate and dimensional stability of rubber products, reduce energy consumption, and improve mixing efficiency. When used in rubber processing, it can improve the extrusion performance of rubber compounds, increase the extrusion speed and the smoothness of semi-finished products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Generally, 3-5 phr for activating agent, 2-4 phr for processing aid.
Applications: Used for molded and extruded rubber products such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton, 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed containers. The recommended shelf life is two years.
