Features and Applications

Actmix ACTP-50 is a promoter combining active amine and antioxidant synergistic effect, which can replace guanidine promoters (DOTG, DPG) in ethylene acrylate rubber and acrylate rubber. ACTP-50 can not only achieve rapid vulcanization of rubber without scorching, the resulting rubber products show good thermal aging properties. It can be used synergistically with ZnO-80, MTT-80, ETU-80 etc. for the vulcanization of chloroprene rubber and halogenated butyl rubber blends. It can also be used synergistically with TM-70 for the vulcanization of CO and ECO rubbers.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: For CO, ECO, CPE, 0.5-2 phr; For HIIR/CR, 2-5 phr
Application: Used for halogenated polymers such as CR, HIIR, ECO, CO and acrylic rubbers such as ACM and AEM.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, 5kg aluminum foil packaging, 20kg per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, the recommended shelf life is one year.
