Features and Applications

Actmix MMBI-70GE F200 is a pre-dispersed rubber antioxidant that provides moderate protection against thermal-oxidative aging, weathering aging and static aging. It has low efficacy when used alone, and often produces a synergistic effect when used in combination with other antioxidants such as 4010NA and RD. It is also a copper ion deactivator, slightly staining, and can be used in transparent and light-colored rubber products. In addition, it has a retarding effect on acidic accelerators such as thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates, improving the processing safety and storage stability of rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various transparent, white and colored rubber products, fabric coatings, etc. Especially used for heat-resistant products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is two years.
