Properties and Applications

ACT55 is a tertiary amine derivative activator, which can replace ditolylguanidine (DOTG) in ethylene acrylic rubber and acrylate rubber. This product facilitates the reaction between acidic groups of ethylene acrylic copolymers and diamine crosslinking agents. Its promotion efficiency is higher than that of common activators, enabling rapid vulcanization of rubber. Therefore, it is recommended to appropriately reduce the dosage of crosslinking agents to achieve the same crosslinking density. The obtained rubber products exhibit good thermal aging resistance, low swelling property in engine oil and excellent compression set value.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 0.5-2.0 phr.
Packaging: Cartons lined with aluminum foil bags, net weight 10Kg per carton; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months.
