Features and Applications

Actmix NaST-50GA needs to be used in combination with Diuron-80 or quaternary ammonium chloride; As part of the ACM rubber vulcanization system, this vulcanization system basically does not cause delayed vulcanization, and has particularly strong vulcanization effect. The products produced have good mechanical and physical properties and permanent compression set. It can also be used in combination with sulfur or sulfur donors for the vulcanization of active chlorine-type ACM rubber.

Application Information

Processing: Actmix® NaST-50GA is specially used for ACM rubber and special thermoplastic elastomers, enabling rapid absorption and excellent dispersibility in rubber. This product can also be easily and evenly dispersed in the mixture. Actmix® NaST-50GA can be added to open mixers and internal mixers for use.
Actmix® NaST-50GA pre-dispersed masterbatch has no dust flying during use, is easy to weigh and has excellent dispersibility.
Dosage: Actmix® NaST-50GA: 3-4phr Sulfur: 3-8phr

Application Information
Application: Used for gasoline, diesel and heat-resistant seals, rubber hoses, ACM parts for engineering vehicles, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is two years.
Disposal: It is recommended to install exhaust ventilation in the working area of chemical additives during rubber processing. For further disposal information, please refer to the safety data sheet of Actmix NaST-50GA.
