Product Description:

Ash content: 13.0 ± 1 %(850℃ 2hr)

Melting range: 85-100℃

Applications: As a dispersing and lubricating additive, CUREKIND ST is the best physical peptizing agent for natural rubber. As a multi-purpose rubber processing additive, it can improve the anti-reversion performance and heat resistance of vulcanized rubber when applied to rubber, and has both internal and external lubricating and dispersing functions. It can be used in the plastication and mixing processes of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. When used for rubber plastication, it can peptize natural rubber and isoprene rubber. This product has excellent compatibility with rubber, does not bloom, and has the dual functions of peptization and lubrication. It can improve rubber processing technology, increase the qualification rate and dimensional stability of rubber products, reduce energy consumption, and improve mixing efficiency. During the rubber mixing process, it can promote the dispersion of fillers and other additives, shorten the mixing cycle, reduce mixing energy consumption, and reduce rubber compound heat generation. When used in rubber processing, it can improve the extrusion performance of rubber compounds, increase extrusion speed and the smoothness of semi-finished products.

Usage Method: It is recommended to use it in internal mixers.
