I. About Pricing:
All material information in our store is valid long-term. Prices fluctuate with the daily market rates. The prices on the link are for reference only. The actual price will be quoted based on the dimensions purchased by the customer. Custom sizes are available.
II. About Materials:Our store offers zero cutting, processing of raw materials, rough materials, finished materials, polished plates, vacuum heat treatment + ultra-deep cryogenic treatment, nitriding treatment.
III. About Invoices:
We can issue ordinary invoices or value-added tax invoices.
IV. About Delivery:
For large quantity purchases, we offer door-to-door delivery service. We also provide cash on delivery via express or self-pickup from logistics. Negotiable!
V. About Dimensions:
All material dimensions and saw cutting can be processed according to the tolerance required by the customer. The maximum processing size for polished plates is 2.2 meters wide * 6 meters long. The tolerance for finished plates can be as strict as ±0.02mm. Please contact customer service for details.
VI. About Returns:
If there is a quality issue with the received goods or if the dimensions do not match the order, please provide photos to customer service first. Returns or exchanges are allowed, but no compensation will be provided. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If there are no such issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
