Processing Description:
Raw Material: Refers to unprocessed material with surface scale and sawn edges (A3 and 45# are oxygen-cut, while other mold steels are cut by sawing). It can be sawn to customer-specified dimensions and weighed based on actual weight.
Ground Plate/Precision Plate: Processed by milling and grinding, with both surfaces ground and all four edges milled. The default tolerance for ground plates is +0.3mm to +0.5mm, while precision plates have a default tolerance of +0mm to +0.02mm. The weight of ground/precision plates is calculated theoretically.
All material dimensions and sawing can be processed according to customer-specified tolerances. Ground plates can be processed up to a maximum size of 2.2 meters wide by 6 meters long, and precision plate tolerances can be as strict as ±0.02mm. Monthly payment terms are available for large orders in the Pearl River Delta region, and customers from other provinces are welcome to visit our facility for inspection at any time.
