XL-LD50Terminal Pull Force Tester

Description:

The Terminal Pull Force Tester consists of a base and a force gauge; it is used to test the tensile force of samples. The pull force value is directly displayed on the force gauge, and the reading is taken directly from the gauge after breakage. This machine can be equipped with either a digital display gauge or an analog dial gauge. The digital display offers high precision and intuitive testing, while the analog dial gauge provides accurate readings via the dial. The machine is easy to test with, simple to operate, and user-friendly.

Parameters:

Force Value: 50kg (maximum load capacity of the machine).

Stroke: 300MM, adjustable within this range, with automatic stop at the upper and lower limits.

Upper Plate: Fixes the upper fixture. The stroke of the upper and lower fixtures can be adjusted arbitrarily via the limit knobs (on the right side of the machine).

Lower Fixture: Fixes the lower fixture, adjustable in all directions (front, back, left, right).

Speed: 10 ~ 350 MM/MIN, adjustable.

Control Mode: Up / Stop / Down.

Force Gauge Parameters:

Force Sensing: Mechanical push-pull gauge and electronic push-pull gauge (50 kg, customer's choice).

1) NK Series Mechanical Push-Pull Gauge: Features such as peak hold.

Capacity: 1 kg/5gf; 2/10gf; 5/25gf; 10/50gf; 20/100gf; 50kg/250gf (choose one)

Unit: kg / N readable.

2) FGN / RFG Series Electronic Push-Pull Gauge: Features such as peak hold (Japan).

Capacity: 1 kg /0.1gf; 2, 5, 10/1gf; 20, 50kg/10gf (choose one).
