I. Scope of Application:

1. The Robot Cable Bending Testing Machine is suitable for detecting the repeated U-shaped bending fatigue tests of highly flexible cables such as TUV, VDE, UL, etc. Examples include robot cables, flexible cables, bend-resistant flexible cables, drag chain cables, drag chain bending, and repeated U-shaped bending fatigue tests of highly flexible cables.

2. The drag chain cable bending testing machine primarily detects whether flexible cables experience short circuits, whether the insulation sheath cracks, damages, or exhibits other abnormalities after repeated high-speed U-shaped bending tests driven by the drag chain. It is used to evaluate the ability of metal conductors to withstand plastic deformation and identify defects that emerge during repeated high-speed U-shaped bending tests.


II. Application Scenarios:

Used in applications requiring continuous high-speed bending motion, such as internal static wiring in machines, high-speed drag chain system cables, connection cables for moving machine parts, internal machine wiring, and repeated bending fatigue tests for industrial drag chain cables and industrial robot cables.
