Overview:

Manual Plate Vulcanizing Machine is suitable for use in industries such as rubber materials, plastic materials, pigments, ink materials, and chemical raw materials.

This machine clamps the mold block between two plates, places the raw material into the square hole of the mold, and clamps it between the electrically heated plates of the machine. Pressure and temperature are applied to shape the raw material for testing, serving as a basis for laboratory inspection and large-scale production formulation in factories.

Manual Plate Vulcanizing Machine has upper and lower heating plates. The sample is clamped between the two plates, and heat is transferred to the sample through heating. A certain pressure is then applied to shape the sample, achieving a specific thickness and size.

The temperature of the manual plate vulcanizing machine can be preset, maintaining a constant set temperature, and it features automatic temperature compensation.
