I. Product Introduction:

Shang Hao Jia J-942 is a single-component, room-temperature curing, low-whitening instant adhesive suitable for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of silicone rubber and plastics, elastomers, especially providing excellent bonding strength for materials such as elastomers.

III. Usage Method:

1. Wipe the surface clean; a clean cloth can be used for cleaning.

2. Apply the primer (adhesion promoter) to the thermoplastic elastomer surface, let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the primer dries. Apply the adhesive to the bonding surface, then press the other product part firmly for a few seconds.

3. Generally, the bonded item will set in about 60 seconds. Do not separate or move the bonded parts during this time, as it may affect the bonding strength.

4. The amount of adhesive should be such that a thin film is formed after bonding. Too little adhesive results in insufficient strength, while too much adhesive slows curing and causes severe whitening.

IV. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from fire and electrical sources. Shelf life is 8 months.
