Silicone Adhesive for Copper

Shang Hao Jia 801 is a one-component, room temperature curing, low-whitening instant adhesive. It is a fast-drying adhesive for silicone, plastics, and hardware, silicone adhesive for copper, and small-area PC adhesive for copper.

I. Characteristics: No irritating odor, no whitening or low-whitening adhesive, one-component, no heating required for curing, fast bonding, extremely strong adhesion.

II. Applications: Suitable for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of products such as plastics, rubber, hardware, bakelite, metal, wood, ceramics, leather, etc.

III. Usage Method: For Shang Hao Jia silicone adhesive for copper (professional operation method for small-area bonding is as follows: Materials are divided into silicone and copper. 1. First, apply our company's SP-1 primer to the silicone surface and let it dry. Then, apply our company's 801 adhesive or similar to the surface of the product that needs to be bonded. Apply the adhesive to whichever side is convenient for application. Then, press the two products together lightly for 3-5 seconds, and it's done. If testing is required for the bonded product, wait 24 hours before conducting the test. Finished products should be packaged after 3 hours (if urgent packaging is needed, use a ventilated bag for packaging and avoid sealing to prevent whitening).
