The sterilization equipment mainly consists of a pulsating high-pressure steam sterilizer (pot)/pulsating autoclave, which is a critical system in the treatment process, composed of both hardware and software components. The hardware part primarily includes the high-pressure steam sterilizer pot, steam pipelines, insulation jacket, waste liquid disinfectant, and the inner chamber of the exhaust gas treatment system. The inner chamber and jacket are mainly made of stainless steel. The jacket serves to assist in heating and maintaining the temperature of the steam. The software part employs advanced PLC control technology to achieve full-process automatic control, allowing parameters such as temperature, pressure, exhaust rate, and sterilization time to be set through human-machine dialogue functions.
