(1) Feeding: Medical waste collected by the feeding lifting device and sent to the crushing device. The feeding lifting device is equipped with a self-locking isolation door. (2) Crushing: A low-speed shear crusher is used to break the medical waste into fragments of approximately 1 cm, achieving shape destruction. After crushing, about 80% of the waste volume is reduced. (3) Material Conveyance: A screw conveyor transports the waste fragments from the storage tank to the disinfection and sterilization chamber. (4) Disinfection and Sterilization Chamber: The disinfection and sterilization chamber is made of stainless steel pressure vessel, with an internal mixer and feed valve at the top. During feeding, the feed valve is closed, then steam is introduced while the microwave device and stirrer are activated. Due to the function of the microwave, the steam in the disinfection chamber becomes saturated without the need for pre-vacuum extraction, ensuring treatment effectiveness. (5) Discharge: A screw conveyor is used to transport the treated medical waste outside the equipment. (6) Exhaust Gas Purification: To prevent the escape of infectious substances after the medical waste packaging is damaged, the crushing device operates under negative pressure. The extracted gas is purified through an exhaust gas filtration system.
