Introduction:

A dynamic loading environmental test chamber is a multifunctional laboratory that couples mechanical loading systems with natural real-world environments. The mechanical loading system is connected to the reaction groove completed by civil engineering, spanning the exterior of the environmental chamber, while the actuator extends into the interior of the chamber to perform mechanical loading. Simultaneously, the environmental chamber can achieve conditions such as low temperature and high temperature, enabling the simulation of coupled tests involving mechanics and temperature.

Functions:

1) Reaction frame system: Primarily provides dynamic/static mechanical loading for test specimens, simulating the forces experienced by real test specimens.

2) Environmental test chamber: In a closed environment, it can simulate real natural conditions that the laboratory is subjected to, such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, low humidity, salt spray/saline immersion, rain, snowfall/icing, wind speed, carbon dioxide, etc.

Rainfall: Rainfall intensity 0.5 to 50 mm/h, raindrop size 0.5 to 5 mm, rainfall direction adjustable vertically and obliquely

Snowfall/icing: Intensity 0 to 5 mm/h

Wind speed: 0.5 to 10 m/s, stability ±1 m/s

Carbon dioxide: Concentration 0 to 20% V/V, control accuracy ≤ ±2%

UV irradiation: Irradiation intensity 63 W/m2, wavelength: 320 to 0.4 μm

Saline immersion: Saline concentration 3% to 5%, immersion tank dimensions (movable): 3.5 m × 1.5 m × 0.5 m
