3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane Silane Coupling Agent KH-570

Uses and Effects:

1. Silane coupling agent KH-570 can improve the mechanical and electrical properties of glass fiber-reinforced and inorganic filler-containing thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, especially those cured through active free radical mechanisms (such as unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, and acrylates), peroxide-cured rubbers (EPR, EPDM, silicone rubber, etc.), and thermoplastic resins (including polyolefins and thermoplastic polyurethanes).

2. This product can significantly enhance the dry and wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of unsaturated polyester composites filled with inorganic fillers (such as cast or compression-molded artificial quartz stone, etc.).

3. Silane coupling agent KH-570 can copolymerize with vinyl acetate, acrylic, or methacrylic acid monomers to synthesize silane-modified polymers that cure at room temperature. These polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants, providing excellent adhesion and durability.

Packaging:

20 kg carton, containing four 5 kg plastic buckets; or 25 kg plastic buckets, 210-liter standard steel drums, and IBC ton containers.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Store indoors away from light, in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place. Ensure the drum lid is tightly sealed to effectively isolate air, as moisture in the air can react with it, leading to hydrolysis, polymerization, and deterioration. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is one year. Expired products must be tested and approved before use.
