Co-current Flow Oil Separator

I. Application Scope
● Suitable for oil-water separation of petroleum and industrial oils in industries such as petroleum drilling, oil refineries, oil processing, chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, machinery, etc.
● Suitable for oil-water separation of animal and vegetable oils in kitchens, food processing, edible oil processing, and other industries.
● Oil-water separation in washing wastewater from locomotives and automobiles.
● Applicable to all non-emulsified industrial and edible oils with a specific gravity less than 1 for oil-water separation.
II. Features
● High processing efficiency, large processing capacity, no energy consumption, no operating costs, and automatic continuous operation.
● Basically requires no maintenance management, no electrical or mechanical equipment. Does not clog and has no impact on the surrounding environment.

III. Material Structure
The oil separator structure is made of steel plates, and the inclined plates are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The steel components of the equipment are coated with novel chlorosulfonated polyethylene for corrosion protection (coating corrosion resistance life of 5-10 years), offering excellent corrosion resistance.
IV. Installation and Use
● Using this equipment requires no foundation; it only needs to be placed on a flat cement floor with connected pipelines to operate.
● The equipment automatically completes water intake, water discharge, and oil discharge. Sludge discharge is generally performed once a week.
● The equipment can be placed outdoors in non-freezing regions, while insulation measures are required in freezing regions.
● The equipment basically requires no personnel management and generally only needs one part-time person for oversight.
