FRP Acid Mist Purification Tower

I. Overview:

The FRP acid mist purification tower is suitable for treating exhaust gases containing acidic gases generated during processes involving sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc. The acid mist purification tower is a packed-type gas-liquid mass transfer circular treatment tower. The packing layer consists of two stages of φ25-φ38 polypropylene step rings, with each stage's packing height ranging from 500 to 800 mm. This equipment uses nozzle spray for liquid distribution. The demister is a 90°, 4-fold plate. The treatment tower consists of three sections: the lower section—liquid tank section; the middle section—packing spray and re-packing spray section; the upper section—demister section. The purification tower is equipped with an angle steel reinforcement frame and maintenance ladder, as well as a solution circulation system including a submersible pump. The absorption liquid is generally 5–10% NaOH. When treating nitric oxide gas, it is recommended to add Na₂S solution to improve purification efficiency.
This equipment does not come with an exhaust fan, but one can be procured on behalf of the user upon request.
