1. The WYX/B Chemical Oil Remover enables the circulation of accumulated sludge in the sedimentation tank, allowing it to collide, contact, and adsorb with impurities and oil in the raw water. This maximizes the effectiveness of the added chemicals, resulting in higher treatment efficiency and better outcomes compared to the CYCW Chemical Oil Remover.
2. Further reduction in operating costs: Firstly, due to the full utilization of chemicals, the dosage can be reduced. Secondly, it lowers energy consumption. Compared to the CYCW Chemical Oil Remover, it saves over 30% in chemical dosage and reduces energy consumption by more than 60%, thereby cutting operating costs.
3. Stable performance and strong adaptability. Thanks to its large capacity and the recirculation of some wastewater within the device, the opportunities for chemical collision and adsorption in the wastewater are increased. This enhances the effectiveness of the chemicals, accelerates the flocculation and sedimentation of suspended solids and oil, and improves treatment results.
4. More convenient management. The WYX/B Chemical Oil Remover features a single-hopper sludge discharge system with a large hopper capacity, making operation easier and providing greater flexibility in adjusting the sludge discharge cycle. The sludge recirculation flow can be manually adjusted by simply raising or lowering the impeller device, with an adjustment range of 200mm. When a single unit is selected for operation, a sludge tank may not be necessary. Sludge can be directly extracted from the hopper using a sludge pump and sent for filter pressing, or the sediment can be returned to the cyclone pool (or primary scale pit). This saves investment in subsequent processing steps, reduces the footprint, and is more suitable for retrofitting older processes.
