1.Production application

This product is solvent-based cold plasticizer with excellent low temperature resistance, durability, oil resistance, resistance to ultraviolet radiation and static resistance, and has a low viscosity and some lubrication. This product is a polyvinyl butyral (PVB safety glass) and the effects of synthetic rubber plasticizer, to make it produce low-temperature performance and low volatility. Can also be used for polyester fabrics, adhesives and sealing materials are PVC, PS, ethyl cellulose, cellulose nitrate and other aldehydes plasticizer. With castor oil for polyvinyl butyral Burkina paint, can improve the cold conditions improves the flexibility. Also used for butadiene - acrylonitrile synthetic rubber and polyethylene type oil emulsion formulations, in general, with the ratio of dioctyl phthalate or tricresyl phosphate are low. Soluble in many organic solvents, but insoluble in mineral oil.
