It is established by Hebei MeiBang Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., Yichang Hengyou Chemical Co., Ltd. and other high-tech enterprises with registered capital of 75 million yuan in 2015. The company is located in Yaojiagagn Chemical Park, Zhijiang City, Hubei, which is a National Circular Economy Demonstration Garden. With the Yangtze River in the east, Jiaozuo–Liuzhou Railway in the south, Three Gorges International Airport in the west, north station of Zhijiang High Speed Rail in the north, it is easy of access.
