1. About Us: Shangjin Technology Chemical Fiber (Pinghu) Co., Ltd. is a sole proprietorship, which is established by Taiwan True Young Co., Ltd. The company is situated in the developed Yangtze River delta region. Located in the northeast of Zhejiang, with Shanghai in the east, and Hangzhou Bay in the south, it is easy of access. Zhejiang Pinghu Factory was founded in 2002, and it adheres to the philosophy of「diligence, frugality, simplicity, dedication, environmental protection, innovation, customer success, skill, efficiency, sustainable operation」, and to the mission of「to develop multi-functional and environment friendly products, to create more healthier life for the public」. The company specializes in producing high-tech PET polyester fibers, high light resistance environmental fibers, high-tech fibers and functional fibers.  

    In recent years, Shangjin has developed various types of environmental and functional fibers. In 1995, it developed far infrared thermal cotton, flame retardant cotton and antibacterial cotton. Moreover, the company has also developed high strength P.P concrete reinforcing fiber, luminous cotton, fluorescent cotton, anionic cotton, bamboo charcoal cotton and temperature sensitive fiber. 

      In 1999, the multi-functional far infrared fiber won innovation and R&D prize issued by SMEA, and it has achieved the 6.3 million Yuan RMB of subsidies from Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs for three consecutive years. In addition, the company passed the BSI ISO 9001 Certification in May 2007.
