The first production base of complex inorganic color pigments located in Jiuhua village and Xiangshui village,Xiangtan,with 40 million yuan investment and estimated production capacity of 2,000 Metric tons per year.
In May 2011, Jufa Pigment opened up an new production base of eco-friendly inorganic pigments in Jiangxi province, new equipments are supposed to be put into production in Sep 2011,with estimated capacity of 5,000 Metric tons per year.
In order to meet the requirements from domestic and oversea market, Jufa Pigment purchased 100 miles of Xiangtan Jiuhua Demonstration Area in 2011, which is an national development area，with investment of one hundred million yuan for the project of 30,000 Metric tons MMO new materials. It supposed to be put into production at the end of 2012, with estimated capacity of eco-friendly inorganic pigments 20,000 Metric Tons per year.In Jan 2011, Jufa Pigment and Beijing University of Chemical Technology（BUCT）cooperated and established the new material research and development center of BUCT and JUFA in Xiangtan, which inject new vitality to the development of inorganic color pigments and push forward the advancement & development of eco-friendly inorganic pigments.
Jufa Pigment successfully passed ISO9001 quality system certification & ISO14001 environment management system in May 2009. Jufa Pigment is a member of China Coating Industry Association, China Dyestuff Association Masterbatches Committee, China Engineering Plastic Association, China Enamel Industry Association, Hunan Association integrity unit. Meanwhile, Jufa Pigment is the vice president of Guangdong Building Materials Council.
