Zaozhuang Yifeng Textile Business & Trade Co., Ltd. is located at the foot of Guanshiliu Park, Yicheng district, Zaozhuang city, Shandong province. The national highway 206 passes through our city, and we are close to Zaozhuang exit of Jingfu expressway and Zaozhuang station of Jinghu railway; moreover, we are only 90km and 180km away from Linyi Jisheng Xuzhou Airport and Jinan airport; we enjoy good location. Founded in July, 2003, Yifeng now is a private enterprise, with the registered funds of RMB 1.5 million. At present, Yifeng specializes in the research, development and production of INDIGO (indigo blue yarn) knitting jean and the process of all kinds of single-side/double-side knitting cloths, with all kinds of barrel diameters.

Yifeng has 60 employees, 2 of them are senior engineers for the R&D of indigo blue yarn knitting jean and 3 are senior technicians for the R&D of knitting cloths. Now, equipped with 4 sets of patented dividing sinker bobbin winders, we can produce 2 tons of indigo blue yarns everyday; equipped with 17 sets of Large circular knitting machines, we now can produce 4 to 5 tons of knitting cloth (including knitting jean) everyday. Moreover, we also can daily produce 3 to 5 tons of grey cloths with 35 sets of high speed small circular knitting machine and high speed small ribbing interlock machines.

We have produced IDNIGO(indigo blue )cotton yarn by adopting the bundle dyeing machine and technology from Morrisons and dividing sinker bobbin winder( based on the technology of our general manger) for 4 years. As one kind of matured and national leading dyeing-coning method, it has such features as: A. one-step coning method is helpful for yarn to unwind; B. It can offer good dyeing fastness and reduce the pigment floatation, thus the fabric is easy to wash. At present, this method is widely used in knitting jean, weft yarn of tatting cloth, jean corduroy and jean wool sweater; it fills the blank in the knitting textile industry. At present, we have the ability to produce 500 tons of IDNIGO(indigo blue yarn, over 10 kinds of yarns from 32s to 8s) products and weave 400 to 1,000 tons of cloths every year.
