Zhejiang Youchuang Material Technology Co., Ltd was established as Zhejiang Longhua Fine Organic Chemical Co., Ltd in 1998. We became a stock company in 2012, and we renamed Zhejiang Longhua Fine Organic Chemical Co., Ltd as Zhejiang Youchuang Material Technology Co., Ltd at the same year. In 2008, we started to move our 6,300t.a pharmaceutical intermediate project and our factory from Keqiao of Shaoxing city to Binhai Industrial Park of Shaoxing County: we got the production and storage license of hazardous chemicals from government of Zhejiang province in June, 2009 and finished this migration in 2010, and put into production at the same year. With a registered capital of CNY 99.60 million, now, we have 180 employees, 42,688sqm of lands and 22,517sqm of building; there are beautiful surrounding and complete facilities in our new factory now.

At present, we are a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and trade of chemicals. Under the support of municipal research and development center in our company, we have successfully developed 3 series and over 30 products independently, and one product was identified as state-level key new products, eight of them pass the authentication of Zhejiang province for new products. Our main products are pharmaceutical intermediates, initiators for UV-curable system and leading high molecule new materials. now, we are mainly focus on exporting and well sold in EU and USA, receiving high reputaitons from domestic and international market.

Besides independent research and development, we also establish closely cooperative relationships with famous universities and research institutes such as ECNU (East China Normal University) and Beijing Profound Tech. & Development Co. Ltd, and introduce a number of leading technologies, which becoming the core project of sustainable development for the company in recently. Up to now, we have established 15 technical research projects, and obtained 3 patent of invention and 3 utility model patents. We also applied 4 patents of invention and 3 utility model patents recently. Especially, 6 technologies of our technical center passed the authentication of Zhejiang province as technical achievements, and our company was approved as Good enterprise of Zhejiang province for technical innovation and technological advancement. We also obtained technological advancement prize from government of Shaoxing County. In 2012, our company was approved as Hi-tech enterprise of Shaoxing city, Science and technology SMEs in ZheJiang Province; we were approved as National Hi-tech Enterprise of China at the same year.

We have successfully certificated to a series of systems, including ISO9001:2008 quality system, ISO14001:2004 EMS and OHSAS18001：2011.

Approved by government of Shaoxing County, we start the procedures to be a listed company for Stock Exchange Market: We handed IPO documents to China Securities Regulatory Commission CSRC) in June, 2013, and got the acceptance letter from CSRC at the same time.
