Founded in 1977, our company is located in Xindian town, 10km away from Gongwei road and famous for the production of "pepper". Our company is the first silk reeling enterprise in the province that assumes sole responsibility for its profits or losses and keeps separate accounts. After the restructuring in the end of 2000, our company has become a nongovernmental technological enterprise encompassing agriculture,

industry and trade, with main product of cocoon silk. With powerful technical strength, complete test methods and solid management basis, our company always grasps the main line of the structural readjustment of agricultural industrialization. We aim to make peasants become rich. By now our company has received awards for the following: leading enterprise on agricultural industrialization management in Neijiang city, Sichuan growing enterprise, key industrial enterprise in Sichuan province, AA grade enterprise in Sichuan branch of Agricultural Bank of China, one of the China first enterprises that got the filature production license,and the enterprise authorized to produce, purchase and sell silkworm cocoon. Our company has got self-support import & export authority. Occupying a total area of 26,000 square meters, our company now has 310 employees and a total assets of RMB 30.08 million. Now we can produce 2,400 ends of filature silk, including 1,600 ends by CD301B type and 800 multiends reeling silk. There are 96 sets of silk weaving machines in our company, which can weave raw silk with an average grade of 3A 60 . Silk products enjoy a good reputation in the market in or out of our province.

In order to grasp the good development opportunities after China's entry into WTO, our company is planning to invest RMB 200 million in technically reforming current 2 groups of 800 multiends reeling into 2 groups of Feiyu 2000type automatic reeling machines(800 ends) and 50 sets of GD681 looms, with characteristics of excellent performances, high and stable quality, high production efficiency and low consumption etc.. Besides, in order to reduce production cost, our company spent RMB 0.8 million on waster water circular process. When this project is completed, our company can produce 180t raw silk and 1,600,000m silk per year. We can also reach: RMB 50 million gross industrial output value, RMB 52 million operating income, RMB 4 million tax and interest and USD 1 million earned by exporting goods.
