Yangzhou Princechem Co., Ltd is a Hi-tech private enterprise, which is a professional manufacturer of pharmaceutical intermediates. It is located in Gaoyou city Jiangsu Province, about 140kms from Nanjing. Our factory was founded in 2003, which is mainly specializing in researching, developing and manufacturing Pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals and Contract manufacturing. The company covers an area 20000 square meters, fixed asset is about USD 4 million, an annual sale is about USD 10 million.

We possess many innovative processes of key intermediates of new drugs (such as anticancer, cardiovascular, mental disease). For the past few years, we have developed over 40 key intermediates of new drugs (including Quetiapine, Flvoxamine, VH, Rabeprazole, Aliskiren, Tamsulosin, Erlotinib, Gifitinib). We have been rated as“High and New Thec. Enterprise”in 2011.

We established a strategic partnership with Jiangsu Vcare Pharmatech Co., Ltd., jointly establish -ed 1,000 square meters R&D center which has fully state-of-the-art equipped synthetic lab in Nanjing Pukou Economic and Technical Development Zone. In our factory, we built an engineer -ing and technology center of Jiangsu Province. We also maintain a long term cooperative relationship with Zhejiang University and China Medicine University. Every year around 0.5 million dollars is spent on R&D, have developed more than 10 new products every year, 10 invention patents have been submitted, 4 of them have been granted. We also undertook two‘National Research Projects of the Torch’in 2007 and 2008.

We obtained the Imp. & Exp. license in 2009, and passed ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSMS18001 system in 2008.
