HH-9168 is a general-purpose silicone surfactant used for the production of polyether-based flexible polyurethane foams. Chemically, it is a non-hydrolytic polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer high-activity stabilizer.

Storage Conditions
The shelf life of HH-9168 is 12 months, provided it remains in its original sealed packaging and is protected from extreme heat and cold. The freezing point of HH-9168 is below -10°C, offering good cold resistance. However, it is recommended to bring it to room temperature before use.
Usage Guide
HH-9168 can be fed into the mixing head either alone or mixed with water and amines. In general flexible foam formulations, it can be dissolved in the mixture in various proportions. Experiments have proven that it has a stability period of at least 5 days with common tertiary amines at room temperature.
Application
As a stabilizer for polyether-based flexible foams, HH-9168 provides high stability, resulting in foam products with a uniform cell structure during production. It is suitable for the production of medium to low-density foams, with a density range of 8-30 kg/m3.
The use of HH-9168 is not limited by the type of blowing agent or different formulations. Its high efficiency and reliability are demonstrated by its compatibility with various common blowing agents on the market and its suitability for safe production in both box and continuous machine foaming processes. Its high activity leads to high gas generation and thin bottom skins, bringing high economic benefits to foam manufacturers.
